Well...
LJ it has been way too long (30 weeks to be exact)
Alot has happened, Alot has changed. Alot has remained the same.
Life is simply crazy now.
New and amazing things are happening to me, but with that comes alot of new confusion. Worry is beginning to set in. I dont want to leave this place, but I have to. I have to drive down to Texas on the 7th of January. And if I must deploy, then I will do it. How do I describe it? Its not a fear, its more of a worry. A tiny little rumbling at the bottom of your gut telling you that this is going to be either REALLY FUN, or Really hellacious. I hope for the first, but am preparing for the latter.
I still have no idea why I picked one of the most dangerous jobs in the army, I could have had ANY job in the army, Maybe it'll appear to me one of these days. But for now I am confident in my training, my NCO's and my soon to be met battle buddies.
