Slightly Stoopid Concert
The show was fucking amazing!!!! And the best part about it all was that we got to chill with them backstage after the show. We (Alycia, Hanna, and Me) were in the front row and Miles the lead singer caught Alycia's eye and pulled her up on the stage and was like come chill with us back stage. So she brought Hanna, me, and her brother Dominic with her and we chilled with the band backstage. Miles gave us a red bull and Vodka and we all chilled in their bus with the rest of the crew and the opening bands. Then Miles was like you guys should come see us in New York the following night. So he and Alycia swapped phone numbers and then yesterday afternoon her, Hanna, me and Dominic drove the 3 hours to New York where we got in for free because Miles hooked us up with free tickets and VIP passes. The show was just as awesome as Boston the following night. Aftewards we chilled with the band again in their bus and smoked with them. We all got so fucked up. I'm still feeling a bit lethargic. We couldn't stay in New York because we all had work obligations today, so we headed back to Providence at 3am and got back at 6 this morning.
Alycia and Miles have been swapping text messages back and forth and we're almost tempted to drive back to New York to see their last show before the go back to San Diego where they're from. The past two nights have been amazing! I not only got to see Slightly Stoopid in Boston but I also got to chill with them twice and see them again in New York. It was sick. The guys are super cool. And I think Miles may have a little thing for Alycia because he kept hugging her and was bummed when we left.
Right now is the first time that I have been sober for a consistent amount of time this entire weekend.
