Summary: Dean asks for something without much thought and Castiel teaches him to think before acting.

The bitter taste of cheap beer irritates Dean more than it should but he can't help the flare of anger that scratches at his insides with every brush of the woman's hand on Castiel's thigh. The worst part of it is that Cas doesn't even seem to mind. She leans in bumps shoulders with him, smiling coyly at him as she reaches for her drink, he places his hand on her lower back trying to steady her and Dean sees red.

Before Sam can even open his mouth Dean is across the room arm out stretched, he slams his open palm on the counter between Cas and the woman purposely placing his back to her.

"Hey!" Her voice is deeper than he imagined, kind of rough and Dean can see the appeal but she's got no right going around seducing angels. Castiel seems slightly surprised by Dean's sudden appearance judging from the way he opens his mouth. Its takes the girl and Sam, who got up right behind his brother, two seconds to fully process the scene that Dean causes.

Dean shoves Cas against the bar using both hands then he uses one to pull Castiel's head back and the other to steady him at the hips. Its an aggressive kiss mouths pressed harshly against each other and Sam thinks that it must be in no way pleasant but then again Dean and Castiel have never done things normally. So yes in a way their first kiss would of course come about through a stupid showing of jealousy, a show put on by one of them to clearly define the nature of their relationship. Of course Dean would pull off something stupid like trying to claim an angel boyfriend in the middle of a drunk happy bar in southern Georgia.

Castiel's lips twitch when Dean takes a step back, he seems torn, confused and mildly hurt. Shoving past both brothers he walks out the door and when Sam regains the ability to move he finds himself running after both his angel friend and his brother.

He finds Dean outside, alone.

"Go me." Dean mutters. The ride back to their motel seems endless, with the music blasting through the speakers like Dean's trying to drown whatever thought might be running through his mind.

Sam thinks about saying something, but in all honestly he rather pierce an eardrum and make sure his brother doesn't wrap the Impala around an utility pole, than walking all the way back.

Inside their motel room Cas is waiting for them.

"I...," Sam says, turning to leave his brother and the angel alone, so they can work out whatever is going on between them. But suddenly Cas is slamming Dean against the door (and almost crashes Sam's hand in the process. Sam is thankful for his hunter reflexes).

"You have no right," Cas growls, his face inches away from Dean's. "You can't demand anything from me. You have no right to expect anything else from me, after everything I did. For. You."

"Cas, please..." Dean asks, his voice a mere whisper. Sam has no idea what he's asking for, but he really really doesn't want to know. Really.

"You think you can walk in and just take whatever you want, Dean?" Cas presses Dean just that little bit more and Dean lets out a wheezing sound. "You think I owe you anything? Because I would think again, if I were you."

Dean opens his mouth to reply, but nothing comes out. He just moves his eyes, trying to catch Cas' in his.

Cas lets out another growl before crashing his lips against Dean's and Sam winces in sympathy, because that looks hard enough to bruise.

Dean makes a choked up noise in the back of his throat and his hands reach up to grasp at Cas' shoulder and hair.

Cas presses more, until Dean looks like he's only standing up because he's being held up by Cas and the door. The same door Sam wishes he could open.

"Erm, guys?" Nothing. "GUYS!"

Dean and Cas turn to him suddenly, seemingly surprised to see him there.

"Can I leave now?"
