Events & Such...
I thought I'd take time for a quick entry after an eventful day; I rarely do random updates, rather I use my LJ to post comments and photos and things of the sort. Treasure this one, it's a rare moment.
I woke up late this morning, approximately fifteen minutes prior to the time which I was to be at work. I write my own schedule - I don't know why I always force myself to open at 7:30 on Saturday. Someone kick me.
Being the fabulous person that I am, I stayed almost three hours later than I scheduled myself today; mainly because I can work that store like whoa in my hot lil khaki's & maroon bullseye windbreaker - and I like to look fierce and be a bitch when we're busy and stuff. Rock on, manager boy.
I finally made it home around 4:30ish and took a nap. I apparently overslept. Raymond called roughly 347 times (give or take [a few {dozen} times] I guess) - and I was given approximately 30 minutes to shower, shave, whip up something amazing to wear, and be ready to drive to the liquor store. We made it roughly 5 minutes before they locked the doors, and the cute boy who rings me up all the time was there. So straight, but whatever; he smiles and makes small talk with me, and always tells me he loves my outfits. Nice kid.
Drunk, Ray and I were off to Bretz. Dancing, friends, and looking fabulous were the events of the night; after a while, I just got bored though. We finally left, and stopped at Tim Horton's for iced cappuccino at 3:30 in the morning. 24/7 drive thru's rock me. And now I'm home, posting an entry, and going to bed.
