You know it's a sign you're growing up when you get only six personal gifts from your family and the rest is cleaning supplies, etc.
I got a nice Marc Jacobs skirt, and handbag from Robbie. Pair of Tiffany earrings, three dresses from a boutique, and some money from my grandparents.
The rest was from my mother and father, iron, ironing board, mixer, toilet cleaner, tissues, papertowels, fabric softener, broom, vacuum cleaner, dusters, salt & pepper, and about a million other things for our apartment. But the thing is I have roommates so they'll be using it too. I just didn't think it was fair because she pretty much bought everyone I live with a nice huge gift. Don't take this as me being ungreatful because I am not. It's just now Heather knows I have all of this stuff so she wont go out and buy her own.
Actually know that I think of it, I don't care because my mom is keeping my car and paying the payments so I can have a car whenever I come home.
We went to The Olive Garden because I am kind of sick. I think I have the summer flu and I didnt want to go very far. We had like a $250 bill, AT THE OLIVE GARDEN!!! We were waited on by the sister of my best friend in high school and I got to talk to Cheree for a little while and found out she was coming to MD today. I'm happy I will get to see her before I move. But anyway we had pitchers of Sangria, and it was sweet and yummy. Heather also bought me a cocktail. Champagne with pineapple and cherry flavors. It wasn't a bad birthday, thank god I didn't get trashed though. I already feel shitty enough here at work from just be sick, I can't imagine being sick and hung over.
Five days until I move, eleven days until we go to Aspen. Maybe my mother will buy me something nice there. I think that is all for now though. I need a nap already.
