dancing in the moonlight!
well...friday night i started and pretty much almost finished breanna's dress. just a few minor things to do like hemming and ajusting shoulder straps to fit etc...i also have to change the zipper as the dress wouldn't fit over her last night because the zipper doesn't go far enough down and the waist is so small, but other than that it was good. she gushed over it the whole time almost. i'm pleased she likes it. i think she'd like it even if it looked like crap she's such an amiable young woman. lol. anywho...i'll post a picture later. as for now i think i'll talk about yesterday. let's see. i got up and worked on my jeans (tried to replace the back panels due to ripping but they look stupid now.) i hung out with trent and bailey, went shopping, watched a movie, made brownies and went to emilee's movie/game night party thing. i had an excellent time! she has so many other cool friends who are just as welcoming as she that were there and then of course there were theatre people. i love my peeps! i have such a good time with them whenever we hang out. i rarely find myself not smiling and laughing. they're all so outgoing and it brings out the extrovert in me and i like it. breanna and i always end up singing something and last night everyone was. we totally should have karaoke next time! lol. we had lot's of fun though. i felt like dancing the whole time but i spared everyone! lol. not everyone played all the games but the games that were played were "things", "apples to apples", "euchre", "texas hold 'em", "speed", things! things! things! and more things! lol. and there were snacks, she provided pop, candy, chips etc...and i took brownies which everyone liked. they kept asking me if they were "special" brownies! lol. probably not! there were 26 people or so total and i'll try and remember everyone that i can for my own posterity cuz it's not like anyone else cares or really knows who all these people are besides jenn. there was: emilee (of course! it was at her house! i hope she'd be there! lol.), jenn, fernando, breanna, myself (obviously!), brenden, charles, brent, steph hohman, shawna, melissa, guy, nick, cheri, christina, kelly, steve, jay, kaitilin, don, brook, greg, marty, darrel, and three or more individuals who's names i can't remember! lol. i guess that about sums it up besides that my mom doesn't want me to drive my car too often until monday when i can get the brakes fixed! oy vey! i know it's only one day but i know this will be a problem because i have places that i go all the time and i'll either have to use my sister's or my dad's car to go somewhere probably and both are usually unresponsive to the idea. maybe i'll just start walking everywhere! i can see that happening! lol.
