Soooooooooo i apoligize for all the long entries.... i can't help it!
today when i got off work my roomate left me a message....
"Hey Mary, our teacher from Production Techniques called me, she said she sent out an email but no one got it. she told me we have to have two collections in color with 4 pieces each, front and back flats-technical drawings of peices of clothing-, and and insperation board-which includes pictures & colored string in the colors of the collection on certain holders-..... all on seperate 11x 14 board... due at the begining of class on wed. She said since you haven't taken the class that shows you how to do all this that i can help you. Call me"
SOOOOOOOOO that is GREAT... not really... because in a week... actually less than a week, i have to come up with insperation for 2 collections, the actual 2 collections, each have to include season(obvious), specific category(casual, swim, Evening...ect), market(women, men, kids...ect.),color theme(whatever themes are forcasted for spring/summer 05), and key points (as in the whole collection has to have zippers in odd places, collars, bows... ect...)... AND on top of it... they ALL need back and front flats... which are a lot of work...honestly they are!!!! and we get info from this certain site... WGSN... but for some reason regestering for it is a pain in the ass!!!! i emailed them and it is supposed to take up to 4 hours... well i would like to get going on this so i can have something started... plus as long and time consuming and hard it will be.. im excited at the same time... b/c im getting to do what i love... but im being graded... and crunched... soooo i need to get the pin and get started... so off i go to see if i got it!!!!
