lure them back to your place with the pretense of an orgy/hang out whatever.. get them piss drunk, shave their eyebrows.

while they're passed out put oregano in little baggies, drop them all over their apt. and call the cops from their home number. just dial 911, and leave the phone hanging.

If they live in a house together, go turn off their water. That should keep them busy for a little while. I'll get back to you as I think of thins.

that would be good but they live in a apt. above us... if we shut off their water wouldn't we shut off ours....?
