Ok, so im not going to over analyize every meal i eat now, because it is driving me insane... I started a boxing class three times a week for 2 hours each class. It is pretty f'n amazing! Hardest workout everrrrr. I need to just have some will power concerning fast food...and dessert... and i will be fine. I leave for jamaica in about 23 days... I dont want to be overweight on this trip. It is so hard for me to get tone though. I absolutely am not motivated. You would think being in a bikini with a fat belly and cellulite would be motivation enough...but no. I am basically the laziest woman alive. I hate that about myself.... BUT OH WELL TIME TO CHANGE. The only person who can change you is you yourself.. I need to realize that its hard but well worth it.... and remember that "NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD, AS LOOKING SKINNY FEELS" --- im pondering that though..lol i've had some pretty good ice cream in my day. hahahaha.
