MOUNTS, ROGER, 63, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (Aug. 27, 2004) in the emergency room at Northside Hospital and Heart Institute. He was born in Freeburn, Ky., and came here in 1977 from Williamson, W.Va. He was a mechanic for Old Northeast Garage in St. Petersburg. He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and a leader of Market Place Ministry. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Joan E.; two sons, William R., Jr. "Bill", Boynton Beach, and Andrew C., St. Petersburg; two daughters, Kimberly A. Allee and Kristy H. Milligan, both of St. Petersburg; two brothers, Gary Warf, Chicago, and Wayne Warf, Columbus, Ohio; and four grandchildren. E. Dale Gunter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, St. Petersburg.
