Discussion Question: OK, so what did you get?
What books did you get for Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/Yule/(Insert Forgotten Holiday here)?
Christmas isn't finished here yet - my boyfriend's family isn't celebrating the holiday until the 28th so I won't receive my last gifts until then - but I got a few books this year.
- a pretty blank journal, which will probably become a traveling journal on BookMooch. I love Paperblanks Book Company.
- a 1947 hardcover of Charles Dickens' A Tale of Two Cities, which is in fabulous shape. Cute stocking stuffer...I already have the book, though, and this copy is abridged, so I'm not sure that I'll keep it. It's such a neat looking book, though!
- My brother gave Zot! The Complete Black and White Collection to me back in October, so it was an extremely early Christmas present. I love that comic series though, and it was nice to find out how the series ended after spending YEARS trying to hunt down back issues at local comic shops.
