Ooooh, let me know how that is. IIRC, Babylonne's dad is the protagonist in that book.

Aw, the issues sounds like it totally ruins the book. The lack of historical explanation always ruins books for me.

I read one of the Pagan books by Jinks(the first: Pagan's Crusade, I think), and I thought it glossed over the action too much. I loved the voice (smart-aleck teenager), but I didn't think there was enough detail to bring the events described to life.

I'm still planning on giving this one a try. I like stories about Cathars :-).
