why i haven't updated...
ohhhhkie dokie folks, i haven't updated in a suuuper lonng time.but i think i have a few good reasons. anyways, last week me and andrea went to orchestra camp! yaaaay! NOT! it was kinda boring, but it was funn cuz like we explored the campus and stuff. it was different but okay.
this weekend i went to san antonio. we passed the alamodome and i was reading like the events out loud and i was like..."texas folklife festival" and then my stepdad got all excited and was like...ohh let's go! i was like uhhmmm BORiNG! and then i thought we weren't going. well we went to go eat at papadeaux and then the parentals asked the dates of that festival and i was like. i think it's in july. and then of course, they had to ask the waiter. and he said it was that weekend.
we ended up going to that festival, and it was pretty fun. i got some sunglasses and a belt.hah. i didn't think i'd have such a good time. there was even this lady there, and she was like dressed up in a huuuuge dress! and like i told my mom to give me her fone to take a pic, and i did. but from far away. but then we got closer to her and i was taking a pic, and she saw me! and then she was like posing!!! i was all excited. but i felt bad cuz everyone was taking pics of her.
well on saturday, what did we do, what did we do?? hmm ohh! yeah we had breakfast and then we went to some antique mall. that was suuper boring! and omg! i had seen on this website that they sold stuff at this store called 20 six 15 on broadway street. okay. well we were like looking for it and i was all excited. and then i was like...THERE IT IS! and then my mom was like...where? where? and we passed it, and then we passed it again, and i was like...OHH! IT"S MENSWEAR! hahaha. i started laaaaaughing! it was dumb! me and my stepdad were laughin, and then my mom's like. it's not funny! it's idiotic! haha. then after that, we bought an antique table, and then went to retama downs to see the belmont horse races.
on sunday, [the big day] well not really, i was there for a piano convention. but that morning was when the action took place. well we were on our way to the "taco house" and my stepdad was telling my mom all the wrong directions, so my mom got all mad and told tom to drive, and then he was like "i'm not gonna drive!" and then she was like yes you are! and tthen she got off the car and went around to the passenger's side. and tom was locking the door. it was funny. but i had the piano thing, i got a purse there. lol. and then we drove back home. i had a pretty good weekend.
now i needa watch the michael jackson trial. i hope he's guilty.
