ISO of this dress
I am looking for a dress in this style - the sleeves can be different:
I mostly want a dress with a band on the bottom and I'd like it to be that length. I have a friend who has something similar. She says she purchased it at BeBe, but they obviously don't have it anymore. Any suggestions? Ideally I'd want to spend under $100.
