wahooo!
This weekend I'm headed to Hampi. Lots o' ruins and temples and stuff.... it's about a 7 hour bus ride from Bangalore. I'm excited to get out of the city. Seeing more India... wow. I'm so giddy. :D
The part that sucks is that when I was buying my bus ticket I dropped my walet. I found it again, but all my cash had been taken out of it...like 1500 rupees (about $40) BUT all my credit cards and important things were still there. Thank goodness. It's my own fault, really. I'm a goon and should not lose things. :/
This week also held the discovery of a hookah bar/coffee shop which is actually really good, rose petal ice cream (AMAZING)... and random guards in my apartment building cooking for us. (His wife makes some killer Roti)
oh yeah... and i've decided that promises made to an inanimate virtual journal don't count and therefore i don't have to keep them if i don't want to. huzzah!
