Utterly heartbreaking, but nothing to be ashamed of. Considering losing Colt McCoy right off, I was surprised and really proud of Texas's comeback. They were so close there. SO CLOSE. UGH. I so much wanted to see him play though. Especially him and Shipley together. Years and so much hard work went into it and bam. The hit didn't even look that bad. Later on camera he said he wasn't in any pain, he just couldn't feel his arm at all. I hope this doesn't hurt his future. He also broke my heart in saying (when he could finally get words out) that he doesn't question why certain things happen, he trusts in God and is standing on the rock, and lots of other good stuff that good boys from the Big Country say. He also congratulated Alabama, geez. Shipley deserved a lot more attention from the commentators. He got less than Ingram's convicted father did. Which, if my dad were in jail I don't think I'd be giving him shoutouts and caring if he were proud of me. But I don't know the situation, whatever. Shipley's hot. ;)
Gilbert the true freshman did such a good job. It was cool to see him get more and more confident and a little better and better. Nobody can blame him for his inexperience here and there.
And I ate a lot more chocolate than I meant to whilst watching. :P
Also, only two people have done teh stalker meme. Play, people!
