That's a sarcastic "awesome", btw.

Yesterday I put on the parking brake (as I usually do) and it "popped".  Seriously, there was a pop and the brake went slack.  Luckily it's permanently off rather than permanently on and with a quick look I saw that the cable just snapped.  Much better it than the regular brakes, geez.  I only put it on all the time because I drive a stick and if I'm on any incline it'll start to roll the second I put the clutch in.  I fiddled it with a while today but it's cold out there so I'm taking it to my car dude tomorrow.  Elliot is 10 years old now, and I think things like this are just going to become more and more frequent.  It drives fine but sometimes when I'm on the highway it just feels a little unstable or something.  It's hard driving a truck if it's really windy anyway, but lately I just feel like I have to handle things more carefully.  I love it so I'm hoping it doesn't die on me anytime soon.  My parents have it in their head that after I get rid of the horse I won't need it anymore and they want it.  They are borrowing it all the time for stuff.  And I do want a motorcycle.   But still, all in the future.

So some of the Christmas monies ya'll voted on just went to whatever-strikes-you fun stuff.  I got a new pair of jeans, (on sale)!  "Snatch" and "Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang" on dvd, (also super cheap), and a new calendar.

I'm....not super excited about work the next two weeks.  This is the week before classes start so that means they're all coming back to buy their books and ask stupid stupid questions and whine about how much their books cost.  College kids are just so bitchy, man. I think I'm just a little grumpy too, I've been trying to eat better and work out more.  Three whole days now!  I want a beer.

Been doodling a lot today so maybe there'll be fun stuff tonight.
