wtf...
So on my way to work today I'm at the intersection of Lincolnway and Chicago (or is it Jefferson?) for those of you who know where that is.. There is a Chevy S10 in front of me that pulls out right into traffic and rails a Ford Escort.. The guy gets out.. Looks at his truck.. looks at the car he just hit.. Hops back in his truck and speeds away.. So I ask everyone if they are ok and decided to follow the dude in the S10.. I call the cops and end up doing over a buck ten keeping up with this guy.. Finally 4 Porter County Sheriff's meet us near Wheeler on 130.. 3 of them go after the guy.. 1 of them pulls me over.. I figure he's just going to get a report from me.. No.. the fucker screams at me and asks me if I knew how fast he clocked me at.. "109. Thats reckless driving BOY." Now I was in a shitty enough mood as it was because I just woke up like that so yea. So I just politely asked him "why do you have to be an asshole about it, I was just trying to be a good citizen and help"... I proceed to get bitched at for a good 10 min on how I should let them do their job and that I was endangering peoples lives just as much as the guy involved in the hit and run was... So after he took down the police report he handed me a seatbelt violation for $50.. Who the fuck does that.. *angst*
