The boy is at work. I'm having to re-download WoW, because the patch broke it.
In the meanwhile, I have made an effort towards cleaning the messy house, played with the kitties, fixed enough lentil soup to last the next few days, read a Jack Vance book, and downloaded music (including one of the few Christmas songs that I like-yeah, out of season...I know). I'm currently listening to music. Lots of it.
Ironically enough, the individual who turned me on to Dream Theater is rather a jerkass. I probably wouldn't be giving him a second thought-even while listening to Dream Theater-if I hadn't run into him not so long ago. Ehh, whatever.
I don't think people really get the song "I Am Woman." Yes, it's about being a tough chick who doesn't take guff from anyone. It's also about learning from one's experiences and not sinking to the level of the people who are giving you guff.
