...but Rift does the wardrobe thing better. (Yes, I'm aware that I butchered the meme; I really don't give a rat-damn.)
But seriously: first wardrobe tab is free and stays active until changed. And not only are "joke" items not disallowed, but purely-cosmetic items specifically for the purpose have been in-game since day one. (Although, in all fairness, Rift's wardrobe does not include weapons at all, while WoW's transmogrification function-within certain limits-will.)
