One of the interesting things about Farscape in general, and season 3 in particular, is that there are so many little moments when things could have gone so very differently, and there's something terribly poignant about that, somehow. Every time I watch this one, I can't help wanting to shout at Pilot not to stop. And, of course, he always does anyway. It always leaves me wondering how different things would have been if Zhaan hadn't died. I honestly do believe that the next couple of seasons would have been much less bleak, overall, if Zhaan's maternal presence had still been there. ("Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda," indeed
