'category' - Hmm... I also choose characters I hate, so I can torture them... :P

Do the reasons for the category have to appear on the icons as text, or can it just be pictures?

Just pictures is fine. :) If you want you can write your reason in the category spot where there's the 1/2/3/4/5...like say if you made a John icon and you loved him because of his leather pants (XD I know I do!!!! Hehe) you could write "leather" there or "sexy/hot/attractive" but you don't have to if you don't want to. :)

I realised i have a question.
It's probably a (really)longshot, but seen as my character is Crichton, could i use the pictures of Claudia playing him in 2.09, when the crew swap bodies? because its still the same character really...

I'm still not quite sure what you mean by defining moment. :/

A defining moment would be something that was really important in a characters life. Say...for John, you might use a pic from the first ep because that's when he gets sucked through the wormhole and it changed him. An example for a defining moment for John/Aeryn might be in...Fractures in S3...where Aeryn meets back up with John and then ignores John...or for Aeryn it might be in "The Choice" when she decides to let her relationship with John/move on...I hope that gives you more of an idea!
