Northern Thai cooking

Gotta a guy we met at the con showing up on Sunday, he's graciously agreed to show us some norther style thai cuisine! I'm anticipating this greatly! Apparently most of the thai places we go to showcase a more southern style of cooking so I'm expecting less curry, less heat. Should be a tasty and wonderful experience!

I love cooking, and I can't wait to learn a little bit more of a place I have not been too...yet. :)
