Settled at the base, spreading from the source
Eyes habitual in their attention -

Consumes me.
Entwined in limbs of glass;
The potential of the invisibility bore children
Nestled beneath my brow - unseen

The fingernails that scrape deep.
Extensive scars of the unseen.
