The cats just brought me a snake! A fucking snake!
I mean, jeeezuz, the endless stream of frogs back in Lewisham was bad enough, and there have been several baby mice per day since we moved - but there I was, finally asleep, and they dump a fucking snake on me!!!!!
I was so sleepy that it took me ages to even figure out what I was looking at - a fucking snake! My first though was that they had five or six of the long white slugs all brought in and lined up. BUT IT WAS A BLOODY SNAKE. I've never before seen a snake not in the zoo. IRELAND IS A CIVILISED COUNTRY. WE DO NOT HAVE SNAKES THERE!
