Hi my friends. I have been lurking. The last four months have been good and bad. The feet, they may stand steadily on the ground, soon, although the schedule F for the IRS knocked me for a loop. I knew all the numbers, from my folly of not knocking the FCF out last year this time, but seeing them on that form devastated me. That is in the past, and, while I have not yet moved to a point of forgiveness, and I will not forget (albeit I may not have any control over that), I feel myself moving on from a lot of conflicted emotions.
Beyond that, things look good. I don't have any dancing or travel to report. In my world the crops are growing, the new watering system is becoming a realty, and I really like our employees.
The dogs are happy. The cats are happy to see me, since they live in Seattle, when I occasionally get into town. It is beautiful here. Most of the fruit trees still have blossoms. The eagles soar -- literally, they osprey and great blue heron might be nesting here, and the barn swallows and other small birds are back.
