Excuse me, Razer. I know I'm not well-versed in the.... goings-on of the Elegante, but, do you know which passenger might go with this belt? It has pouches attached with cigarettes. Does it sound familiar?

[And he arrives a good twenty minutes early, having planned on getting lost on the way. He's dressed in tailored slacks and a collared shirt from Volstov, and the heels of his shoes make soft clacking sounds on the floor. He's got a thick book on the Ke-Han language tucked under one arm, Razer's belt in the opposite hand. He takes a seat at the bar, and cracks open the book, setting the belt on the counter.
He glances at the belt.
He's not going to pilfer another cigarette, that would just be rude.]
