Testifying by what Jesus had done.

He will call every person into account.
Chapter 16
A finality in the Bowls being poured out, not seen in the previous prophecies.
vs 16:9
There isn't any repentance!
16:2 - 7
Judgements happening. The martyrs acknowledge that God is right to mete out the punishments.
16:10
It is sad that they continue in their wickedness. They are obstinate in their refusal to repent!
