40. Jungle Cruise
Based on the various Disney Parks rides of the same name. The story of a botanist organizing a journey into the Amazon to find a mythical flower with magical healing properties. Overall it was a fun rollicking adventure, with some surprises on the way. Disney seems to be a fan of adding mystical stories to their ride based movies. (e.g. Pirates of the Caribbean…) The characters of the botanist and the boat captain were well rounded, but the villainous German Prince seemed a little one note and ineffectual. 8.75/10.
