Excerpt from: The Engineer and the Time Lady
Alpha was more concerned about Aialah after her reaction to Beta. “Computer, activate Emergency Medical Hologram, and transfer me to sickbay.”

“Affirmative.”

“Please state the nature of the medical emergency?”

“It's Crewman Aialah.”

“What's happened?” the EMH asked.

“Computer, replay what just happened on the Bridge, from when Beta transferred in until I transferred here.”

“Affirmative.”

Excerpt from: Biden and the Past Presidents - Adams
16 April 1797
John Adams waited for the temporal vehicle to arrive, bringing the 46th President back to this time. The 45th had been more of a surprise than the 44th. He hoped that the country would progress. He glanced at the clock, it should have arrived. Suddenly, there was a flicker of light, and a sound like a 'Pop!' The mechanism 'faded in' in front of him. The door opened.

An older man stepped out. “President John Adams?” he asked.

“That's me, but I assume you already knew that.”

“President Joe Biden.”

“I suppose a trend had started for older Presidents?”

“Huh?”

“Your predeccessor was an older man.”

Excerpt from: Legacy of the Doctor - Time Heist
Clara: We’re actually going to do it? Rob the bank?

Susan: We’ve already agreed so there’s no choice now.

Scene 4
Ext. Outside the Bank
Susan: How low can you maintain it?

Saibra: As long as I like.

Scene 5
Int. Banking Hall
Susan: First Question. It’s easy to rob a bank if you have a TARDIS. So why am I not using it?

Clara: Second Question. Where is the TARDIS?

Susan: Sorry, that should have been the first question.

Excerpt from: Convergence on Lawndale
There was what appeared to be a glowing device on a table. “What do you think that is?” she asked. “It looks like a large crystal to me, but I’m sure it’s more than that.”

The Doctor looked at it. “I haven’t seen anything like it before.” He took out the sonic screwdriver.

“Couldn’t you take it back to the TARDIS and scan it there?”

“I could, but I don’t know how it would respond to being in the TARDIS.”

“Right.”

The Doctor scanned the device. “Interesting.”

“What’s interesting?”

“It seems to be a device to draw quantum energy from a pocket universe. It seems to be powering something, but I don’t know what.”

“You’re missing something.” It was Daria, who had followed them.

“Missing something?” the Doctor asked. He wasn’t surprised, he knew that Daria was following them after he and Quinn had left the TARDIS in the Morgendorffers backyard.

“I’m sure something like this wouldn’t be just left unsupervised in an abandoned building,” Daria said.

“Duh!” Quinn added.

“Of course, but why here in Lawndale? Why not in a bigger city, or even a more remote place?” the Doctor asked. He ran another scan on the sonic. “There is surveillance here.” He changed the setting and used the Sonic again. “There. It’s disabled.”

“But what is the device powering?” Quinn asked.

Daria was surprised. Clearly travelling with the Doctor had allowed Quinn to grow beyond her persona of a popular teen. That was a good question. She said so.

The Doctor thought about what Quinn had asked. He ran the sonic over the Zero Point Energy device and the table device it was powering. “Hmm.”

“Hmmm?” Daria asked.

“Exotic material, capable of bending space-time. It could be a portal device.”

“I don’t suppose there are other explanations?” Daria asked.

There was something strange about the way Daria asked her question, but the Doctor couldn’t put his finger on it. “What other reasons would there be to bend space-time? Any attempt to use gravitational waves as a weapon would be very uncomfortable in close proximity.”
“I suppose,” Quinn said.

“Can you turn it off?” Daria asked.

“I could try, but I have no idea what effect that would have,” the Doctor said. “If I mess around with it, who knows what would happen.”

“I think you should try,” Quinn said.
