Are you satisfied with your life?
Or are you dissappointed?

Moses has the sense that God is satisfied with his life.

- Sleak and fat
- A warning for us in our circumstances!

There are disappointments in all our lives, but...

The most important question in the world - Jesus: did you, or did you not, rise from the dead?

Sin - an offense to God.
(When you disagree with God, who is right? or wrong?)

Sin - When we don't recognise God's authority.
- Separation
- From God
- From each other
- From ourselves
- Something is broken

A Cavern
- Us on one side
- God on the other
- Sin in the Cavern
- Works don't work!
- Jesus has bridged the gap for us.

Selfishness creeps in

There is a Resurrection!

If there is no resurrection
- Christianity is futile
- The promise is void

But, it is True that Christ is risen
Jesus rose as the first of all who will rise.
What we're teaching is true!
Our faith is valuable.
There is hope.

Ability to deal with difficulties - they will come
Hope for a better future.

We can actually control and change our thoughts.

- On Jesus.
- On things at are excellent and praiseworthy

Noble

Right
Think righteous thoughts - about how you can add to someone's life.

Pure
Impure thoughts will damage you.

Lovely
Attractive, pleasing, inspiring, worthy of love.

Admirable

Words are powerful
James 3:4 - 12
Words are influential

1 Samuel 1:17
The Israelites had an attitude of fear
David had an attitude of faith.

The words in verses 45, 46 allowed David to eventually become King of Israel.
