HALLOWEEEEEEEEEEEEN.
I feel sorry for anyone who did not have epic times this weekend, for I HAD EPIC TIMES. HALLOWEEN SHOULD CLEARLY ALWAYS BE ON A FRIDAY. CLEARLY. FOR THIS MAKES IT EXCELLENT.
I had to have my costume finished on Thursday, so I ended up half-assing a rave-ish Cheshire Cat, because we had a whole Alice in Wonderland group. Pictures are forthcoming as soon as I track them all down on Facebook. Best part of my costume? My tail had loops so I could string glowsticks through it! :3
Anyway, Thursday night the rest of my Alice group and I went to the Adelphi Halloween Party, which basically is like every high school dance you've ever been to. Only, you know, at college. Where you can go out on the balcony and smoke a cigarette if you want to, and if you are 21+ they kindly sell you booze. But it was still 75% lame and only 25% cool. The 25% cool came when Nora (who was dressed up as the caterpillar) and I ditched the party to go get high, and then returned in a lovely altered state. Which made everything TONS more fun.
But Friday was the night of epic. My friend Mike (Not annoying Mike. Awesome stoner Mike. Think Spicoli in Fast Times at Ridgemont High only not quite as stupid) invited my to a Psych-trance rave thing. In a really, really bad area of Queens. So I called up like five people to see if someone wanted to meet me at the train station, so I would not be raped, kthnx. Finally Tegan said he would escort me to the rave itself.
Which was indeed epic times. I got drunk, I got high, I danced my ass off, I almost lost my shoe, I went through half a pack of cigarettes and I didn't get back to Adelphi until 2pm on Saturday. Crashed on Tegan's couch. We didn't even get back to Tegan's place until almost 6am. Wheeeee~! Saturday on my way back to the train station I stopped by Dunkin Donuts and got yummy, yummy food. And then went back to the college and passed the fuck out.
Whooooo, Halloween! And partying! And et cetera! :3
Now it is time for me to shower. Because I have to eat some time.
