quick random thoughts

With this job and my training I've been getting a ton of exercise. My diet hasn't really changed, though I do eat a bit more than I did (not much). Apparently I'm like 141 pounds now... and it might even be getting less. Shouldn't I be *gaining* mass with all this lifting from work? Should I just try to eat more (even if I'm not hungry)? Maybe I'm not getting enough protein to build back what I'm breaking down... hrm.

Oh well. Now I shower to remove the pieces of plastic and metal from my flesh, as well as try to remove the caked in dust and dirt. Woot. Then we go to bar and drinkz0r.
