Mom does not want to leave out of town so we are not looking at that apt. However, we did fine one in town that sounds very promising and we will be looking at it on Friday. The rent will be $500 and they pay for the trash and lawn care so that it is good since she told me that there is a big front and back yard. The pet deposit will be $400 but she said that she will work with us on the that so that is good since we will have to come with new deposits for lights and internet. The water will let us transfer to the new apt and the for some reason the light company which is where we get our internet at does not transfer.
