hi, just read up to here and am really enjoying it. it is amazing how well you write the characters. each of them are dead on. dead on, heheh. anyways just cant wait for the next chapter! btw "and I sincerely doubt you want me to teach them how to give good head." loved that line

To quote Michael, "It's all about sex." And even if he's just talking to himself in his head, arguing with his dead mom, BK is the epitome of that comment.

I'm glad you think all the characters are spot on--the most I've ever juggled before in writing is four, so this is already feeling like a stretch. But a good stretch, thankfully.

Spot on characterization. The bit with Joanie still in the house kinda squicked me a little bit but I'm guessing that was for a reason.

Joan's body was only discovered in mid-afternoon, and it's just dinnertime in this fic, so there hasn't been time to move the body. Plus Claire is her oh-so-helpful self, right, useless to the max? It had to wait until Brian could handle things.

I'm glad you're eager for more. Happy readers make me want to keep writing.

That was so very good. I can totally see Brian act (and think) exactly like that... and Joan trying to somehow "buy" Brian's gayness with money is incredibly sad, but totally in character...poor Brian...*sighs*

*passes you tissues* Joan's ability to guilt-trip and manipulate continues from the grave. When I began thinking about what she might try, that sweet sadistic woman gave me a big fat hairy plot bunny that wouldn't go away.
