Or just a coincidence that Sho works with Nino and is in love with Aiba? Cause it didnt seem like they were in a coma for the same amount of time. Or did Sho fall in love with Aiba when he saw him in the hospital visting Nino? Maybe thats how they ran into Ohno? Maybe he was visiting both and they caught him talking to them?
