Little Daebak's Adventure in Return of Superman Episode 165
I love to see Little Daebak and Rohui together
It's been a while since the last time I made a recap of Little Daebak in TROS. Too lazy but this episode is an exception. Little Daebak met with Rohui once again. Yipeee. My OTP in TROS.
In this episode, Little Daebak went to the clinic. His father was worried because during winter, if one of them is infected with cold, the rest would be affected as well. So, he asked for advice from the doctor to avoid that. So, the doctor suggested to clean their sinuses and make lemon grapefruit syrup.
So, when they were cleaning their sinuses, Seola was the first to volunteer but when she did it, she suddenly screamed. She said Appa pressed it too hard. Then, Little Daebak and Soo A played janken (can't remember the korean word for this) to decide who will go first. Little Daebak lose so he was next to clean his sinus. He said it wasn't hurt but when Appa asked him to do it again, he refused. Little Daebak, you're being too obvious.
Then, they prepared lemon grapefruit syrup. To make it, they called Big Mama to for the instructions. As someone who previously made kimchi, the syrup is really simple to make for Dong Gook. So, he started by asking the kids to help him to clean the lemon and grapefruit using salt water. When they finished that, their pants were wet, so Seola and Soo A go to change their pants. But... They mistook Daebak's pants and wear it.
Appa tricking them to think that lemon tastes sweet. But, when they taste it, everyone grimaced because it was too sour. He asked them to try grapefruit next. Seola loves it and it makes Little Daebak a bit impatient to eat it. But... Of course Appa used this chance to tease Little Daebak. He tricked Little Daebak again! He pretended to give grapefruit but it was actually lemon.
They drank the syrup that Appa prepared and they love it. So, that's the end of the first segment.
For the second segment, it was the coverage for KBS Entertainment Award which was held on December 24, 2016. It starts with the twins and their appa. Twins went to the playing room all by themselves as Hwijae Appa needs to get ready for the award (He's the MC for the award). They were playing by themselves until IOI came. They were so excited. They really love it when pretty noona came to visit them. Dong Gook arrived shortly after and when he opened the door to see a group of girls, he was worried he came to the wrong room. IOI members were of course excited to see Dong Gook's children and played with them. Little Daebak showered them with kisses and hugs. How I wish I could be one of them. I want to kiss and hug Daebak as well.
When IOI left, Hwijae gets into the playing room. Of course, when there's Hwijae, it will be a chance for Little Daebak to tease Appa. As usual, he expressed how much he loves Hwijae. Once again, Hwijae needs to leave so Dong Gook was left alone to take care of the five children. After playing with them, he brought them to the cafe to buy coffee for Hwijae. They were given the task to pick up the drinks and snacks if the pager rang and they did the task successfully.
When they got back to the room, SoDa had arrived. It was the first time for Bum Soo and Dong Gook to meet. Wow, I didn't realize that, actually. Bum Soo gave them candies and chocolates to eat. Shortly after, Rohui arrived. Both Little Daebak couldn't stop staring at each other. Omo, it's really cute. But, Bum Soo interrupted which makes Rohui nervous. Then Daebak, sensing how uncomfortable Rohui is, went to Rohui and gave her a candy.
TWICE came and they played with the kids. Soeul and Soo A were excited to dance with TWICE while Rohui, as usual, not showing any expression while playing. Daebak also used this chance to tease Appa. He shows a thumb up for the member of TWICE to show how awesome they are and thumbs down for Appa. Aiyya, Little Daebak! Haven't you tease him enough with Hwijae?
Then, it was the red carpet. Even though Soo A practiced how to pose for the red carpet, she ended up stiff during the real take. Rohui was the cutest during red carpet. Twins, being the veteran for the show, show how skillful they are for the red carpet with various poses.
The twins caused trouble during the award. Seeing Hwijae was the host, Seojun smiled mischiveously as he left his seat and went to the stage to hug his father. Seoeun, seeing his twin in the stage, followed him. The kids won the popularity award. Yeah! Bum Soo and Tae Young also won the excellence award and Dong Gook won the top excellence award. Congratulations!
They showed preview for the next episode. Sungjae is going to animal farm and it was funny watching him makes dialogue for the animals there. Cannot wait for the next episode!

Thoughts:
- I don't know why I was excited to see IOI. I don't know the member but I know one of their songs. They sang a song for scarlet heart and it's my favorite
- Daebak called Soeul unnie and Seola called her noona. In Korea, Daebak should call Soeul Unnie but I think because he grew up with girls, he was used to call girls older than him as unnie. I don't know why Seola called Soeul noona
- Seojun tried to be a gentleman, offering himself to open the candy wrapper for Seola but it was difficult for him. Usually it was Seola who cling to Seojun. I think it was my first time watching him like that with Seola. Of course, I love when he froze when he realized Seola was glaring at him when he ignored Seola and gave the toy to Soeul instead. But, he was so lovely when he gave up his toys and gave to Seola
- Dong Gook said it was hard to take care of five children but I think he was okay.
- Rohui and Daebak are the best! I didn't watch Rohui much but I love to see Rohui when she's with Daebak. The scene during episode 140++ was playing in my mind right now. It was when Rohui played hard to get with Daebak. For episode 165, I love when Daebak walked to Rohui and the member of TWICE. I wonder which one he was trying to attract
- This episode will be perfect if there Yuto and Sarang joined it too. But, too bad Sarang had left the show. It was another couple that I love to watch in TROS. I don't remember who said it but they've agreed to get married when they're 17. Ahhh, I love the episode when they do the wedding photoshoot for Yuto and Sarang
- Where is my OGG?
- I love to see the difference between Daebak a year ago and now. I was laughing watching how he was ignored by last year by the big kids. Luckily, he had some friends to play with this year. I wonder how it would be if he met Seungjae.
