Nino’s face turned red as he watched Ohno practiced. He could see the difference in strength and determination of the prince after he promised to reward the prince if the practice goes well. It isn’t a drastic improvement but he could easily see how Ohno is now more focused in battling with Jun than before. He was faster in sensing when and where Jun’s next attack will be. For the first thirty minutes of practice, he focuses more on defending instead of attacking Jun. Nino would guess that the reason for him to defend instead of attacking is because he wants Jun to be tired. This proves to be true as the moment Jun’s attack seems to be slower, Ohno starts to attack Jun. By the end of the combat practice, Ohno had managed to win a few battles with Jun. He was then given an hour break to eat and get ready for the magic practice with Sho.
As soon as Sho and Jun decided it’s the time for the break, Ohno approached Nino with a naughty smirk. Nino knows the meaning of the smirk. In fact, he himself knows what he was implying to Ohno in their previous conversation. Of course, Ohno thought the reward would be something perverted for example a hot love making session. He admits that he himself thought about that as the reward, especially after what happened this morning with Aiba. But he is not confident with himself. His body is very small and he has no muscles. In fact, he even has one pack tummy which he is not proud of. He doubts Ohno would find his body to be attractive or hot. Furthermore, being a virgin, he has no experience in love making. He is afraid that he will make Ohno disappointed if they indeed going to do that tonight.

However, they were interrupted by Aiba who invited them for lunch. He couldn’t help but feeling a bit angry with Aiba because he knows that the baka guy deliberately choose that moment to stop them. This time, he told him that it will be more dangerous considering Ohno hasn’t practiced magic for a very long time. He doesn’t know if Ohno would manage to control the magic, so they would practice alone. He is afraid that if somehow Ohno couldn’t control his magic, Nino would be affected.
Hearing the reason, Nino immediately agreed. In fact, he already decided not to watch the practice because he wants to practice for the reward. When he knows Ohno is in love with him from Sho, he composed a song for Ohno before he came to Kaibutsu land. The song describes how he truly felt for the monster prince. He needs to make a few adjustments to the lyrics of the song to describe how he is feeling right now. The only problem he has right now is he doesn’t have his piano. But, he guessed he could sing without the music. He has been singing the songs for days before going to Kaibutsu land. The rhythm has been stuck in his head for a while. It won’t be perfect but he was thinking that once he gets back to human world, he will sing the song to Ohno again.
“What are you doing, Nino?” Nino was startled when Aiba greeted him. He was practising alone in the bedroom while Jun and Aiba had their own practice. He was thinking of learning how to fight too but the other four asked him to rest due to the injury he got from the other day. He turned to the door and saw Jun and Aiba entered the room. Both of them looked tired but Aiba was still energetic as ever. He wondered if the guy ever feels tired.
As both of them approached him, he forgot to hide the paper which he wrote the lyrics for the song. Jun was quick to notice the paper and looked at it before Nino could hide it. As he read the notes, he smirked at Nino and gave the paper back to Nino before Aiba could look at it.
“What is that, Jun?” asked Aiba but Jun just shook his head, refused to tell Aiba the content of the letter.
“It’s none of your business. Don’t disturb Nino. He is preparing something special for our prince. And Nino, good luck with your surprise,” said Jun as he winked at Nino and pulled Aiba to get out from the room. Nino could still hear Aiba’s loud voice, asking Jun about the notes.
Nino just shook his head watching both of them. He had finalized the lyrics for the song so he thought he will go out to see if Ohno had finished his training. He also thought of talking with Sho because he has some questions to ask regarding the Kaiju princess. It looks like Sho is the only one who is knowledgeable enough to know about the princess. However, he doesn’t think that the vampire would have time to talk with him. He looks so busy preparing to ambush the castle. Even during lunch, he keeps on communicating with other people who had agreed to help them. According to Aiba, he is gathering information from people to know the situation in the castle and other parts of Kaibutsu land.
“Ah, Kazunari, where are you going?” Nino was so deeply in thought; thinking about how busy Sho is that he doesn’t realized Ohno was walking right in front of him.
“I was just about to go out to see if you’re done with practice. Are you done with your practice?” asked Nino. Ohno just nodded his head and then pulling Nino back to the room. Nino just complied.
“So, we will be alone tonight because Sho and the rest are going somewhere else to gather stuff for my practice tomorrow. They also need to meet someone but I’m not sure why. They will get back here tomorrow morning to resume my practice. Sho had decided that we will begin our journey to the castle the day after tomorrow,” explained Ohno. Nino nodded his head, understanding Sho’s plan. Of course, he noticed Ohno’s naughty smirk as he was talking about how both of them are going to be alone tonight. In fact, the moment after he finished explaining, he starts to kiss Nino’s lips and caress Nino’s body the way he did this afternoon before whispering.
“Jun told me that your surprise is not what I thought it would be. Hmm, I wonder what it would be. Do you mind showing me?” Nino just blushed hearing that. Even though he had practiced, he is afraid that Ohno will not like his song.
“It’s a song,” said Nino in a very quiet voice. He couldn’t help but feeling shy when Ohno laughed softly at him.
“I would sing after Sho and the others go,”
“But, they just left. They need to get there before sunset. So, why don’t you just sing now? I think you have enough practice, well, according to Jun, of course,”
Nino just smiled sheepishly before he starts singing.

“That’s a very a good song. I’m glad that we could listen to the song,” said Sho. The rest just nodded their head, agreeing with Sho.
“You tricked me!” said Nino, pointing a finger at Ohno. Ohno just laughed and pulled Nino to sit on his lap.
“Oh, it’s not Ohno who tricked you. I’m the one who tricked both you and Ohno. We’re not going anywhere tonight. I looked at the lyrics and I know this will be a good song. That’s why I lied to Ohno about going to meet someone. I’m glad to hear your song,” said Jun. Nino just glared at him. But, he felt happy to know they think his song is good.
“In fact, we’re going to bed early tonight. So, don’t think of doing anything tonight. We will start our journey tomorrow. It looks like Ohno is ready to defeat the princess,” said Sho. However, he also told them how there would be a change in the plan. At first, all of them would follow the same route to the castle. However, Ohno and Nino would go together while the other three would go together using a different route. Sho also asked Ohno to keep his disguise as Naruse Ryo.
All of them went to sleep early and wake up early as instructed by Sho. After getting their stuff ready, both Nino and Ohno followed the route specified by Sho. As they were walking alone and far from the other three, they were suddenly surrounded by a group of monsters. Soon enough, Kaiju princess came and showed her ugly and hideous face.
“My my Kazunari. I thought you’re dead. Well, it looks like you’ve got a new companion. I can’t believe you went from the handsome kaibutsu prince to this hideous prince,”
