1st Hour- The Sophomores had an assembly, so we watched Finding Nemo in German (Findet Nemo). It was...interesting. I could turn my head away at the parts I didn't like and not need to cover my ears because I couldn't understand the words.

2nd Hour- We had a quiz in Precalc. I think I did pretty well. We got assigned Section 7.1...Mr. Bibik says that this is the hardest section of the chapter, and that chapter 7 is the hardest chapter all year.

3rd Hour- We got our writing assignements finalized. For the first deadline, I have a piece on the "outcomes of Band Camp." In reality, it's an article on The Options. My other primary copy is on Friendship. I still don't know what my angle is.

I also got assigned an article related to languages for the next deadline, but I am not sure what I am supposed to write yet.

Lunch- I actually spent the whole lunch in the lunch room.

4th Hour- Marching music. Ech.

5th Hour- We took down more notes and discussed our essays. I told Mr. Oravec about the trials of carrying the Death Book (what I call our AP Lit textbook), and we got into a brief class discussion about kids who were in the class last year and warned of us its difficulty. Mr. Oravec says we should make a lit of all the reasons not to take AP Lit.

I don't think anyone else is going to drop this class because we were all forewarned...except Merideth. I hope she doesn't drop.

Others have their thesis paragraphs done all ready. I need to get a few paragraphs done tonight...I am going to see Mr. Oravec tomorrow morning, Friday morning, and Friday afternoon.

Hm...I so far love AP Lit, the teacher, and the kids in it. Merideth and Julianne amuse me, and Sammy makes me smile, though I wish she'd talk more. Ben Demsky seems pretty cool...but I don't talk to him much. Chris is in this class. I haven't talked to him since Freshmen year. Mr. Oravec is...fun. That's the best word I can come up with it. I just enjoy his class.

Let's hope it stays that way.

6th Hour- We read an article about the Iraq War...and then we did a journal entry on it. We had a class discussion for a while and recieved our assignment. I've gotta get on that.

After school, my mom drove Jimi and I home.
And now I am here, about to start on my homework.
I have government, some Precalc, and I want at least three paragraphs of my essay done by tonight so I actually have something to bring to Mr. Oravec tomorrow.
