I was wondering - is there something significant/major that you do with your off hand that isn't carrying/supporting/holding?

I'm a righty and I prefer to drive with my left hand. Now, I suppose that's because I like to eat and be on the phone with my right but still, driving is a major thing that I do with my off hand.

How about you guys?
