In the past few millenia I did not find it either necessary nor within my time constraints to take notes on the heirarchy of those not currently among the troops on Cybertron. I certainly respect their positions, but they have been out of my sphere of command.

... ...I get the feeling I am not going to enjoy my stay at the Ark if there are so many lag-abouts that Roadbuster was needed for further instruction.
