This is a quote that i liked off of "Everwood" im mad it ended the way it did.
" You know when i was a surgeon I saw a lot of patients who knew they did not have a lot of time left. And i was always amazed at what they were willing to go through, at how much pain they were would endure rather than simply letting go. In the end, pain was always preferable to nothing. I think it was that fear of taking the next step, of the unkown, that held them back, that made them willing to suffer so much, sometimes too willing. Because in some cases, it really was time to move on."...................."A heart is a fragile thing. That's why we protect them so vigorously, give them away so rarely, and why it means so much when we do. Some hearts are more fragile than others, pure somehow like crystal in a world of glass, even the way they shatter is beautiful."
