well tonight's practice sucked. not only did we as a team not play our best, we had to run a million sprints because of it. i've never felt like that. i wanted to shit my insides out. let's hope that doesn't happen again.
we had our team dinner at patty's house. it was so much fun. we played a hardcore, competetive game of red rover. it was really intense. blondes(CHEATERS) v. brunettes. but the blondes dirty red rover methods didn't pay off. BRUNETTES RULE!!! we also got to work on our team cheer. and we finally got it after much arguing and practice. i'm glad we got it sorted out before the apple. this is important stuff for all you non-field hockey players or those of you shaking your heads. the cheer is crucial to games and team unity. important stuff, geez.
