Doctor Who - A hilarious "Jeeves and Wooster" like Britcomc where Doctor Horatio Who, a good and compassionate doctor but a bit of a clueless ponce, is kept out of trouble by his various friends while he deals with odd and unusual medical problems. The names of the characters are all parodies, such as his young ladyfriend, Rose Bloom.
Farscape - When a scientist working on a telescope that can see anywhere in the galaxy (the Farscape Project) contacts an alien race, he thinks his career has been made! But soon he and a fellow scientist on the alien world are involved in a murder mystery that spans two planets. Sometimes called the "Rear Window" of Science Fiction.
"Lost" is a reality program similar to The Amazing Race but without any sort of guidance. Constestants are given some money and a picture of the treasure chest that they are looking for sitting in a visibly marked location, and a date that they need to be there by. Then it's up to the the group to make their way to the specified locaion, as long as they don't get LOST
Sounds like the original "Lost" show, a game show by NBC a few years back. They dropped people in unknown (to them, at least) locations, like the middle of a desert in Africa, and then they have to find their way back to a certain place. I thought it was actually a pretty good show, but apparently, no one else did ;)
