-looks at the clock- >_> ...Exactly. First of all, I slept the entire day away. I woke up just before I had to go to work, so I didn't get to do any online things. ;-; I did get to work forty-five minutes early though. Enough time for me to go grab some money from the ATM and get myself some much needed food. o_o; And guess what I bought? >_> A reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally greased-up slice of pepperoni pizza from Sabarro. >D And damn, did I enjoy it. xD
While I was eating my pizza<3 in the back room, I found myself reading a manga called "Cafe Occult" o_O And my, is that one strange. I like it though. xD It's a Korean manga-- and those, my friends, are really good, too. :B Snow Drop and Kill Me, Kiss Me happen to be favorites of mine when it comes to Korean artwork, but there are others I've read and liked a lot, too, I just can't remember their names at the moment. xD! Anyway, back to Cafe Occult... I've only read the first chapter and a little bit of the second, but it has my interest. If you're into the whole ghost thing, you should like it. :D And then there's Death Note. OMG that thing is SO creepy. xD I mean, think about it, what if a book like that really did exist? >_> I would hide myself under a rock because you'd screw yourself over for being known for anything that annoyed the person who has possession of that book. o___o; The art is awesome in that one, too, but I don't think I'll ever collect it. o.o; I will read it though. xD
Oh! When one of the regulars came into the store today, I showed her the Dramacon book. At first, she didn't really hold interest in it. o_o So I started to tell her it was about this girl at her first anime convention, and she jumped in with "something like Comic Party?" So I was like, "...sorta" xD But I gave her a little bit more info about it and she ended up buying it! :D She asked me about other manga I would suggest(she's a HUGE Furuba fan), so I told her Ultra Maniac was good. But she'd been watching the TV series of it... >_>; That, my friends, is some jumbled up anime script there, but I will, as the collector I am, still buy the four other DVDs. XD Anyhow, she looked at the UM books, but I think she put them back. I didn't ring her up, so all I know is that she bought Dramacon. XD! Cause after I was done talking about it, she was so interested it in, she couldn't wait to read it. All you have to do is show someone the front page and they're glued to the book. xD I think that's why I'm so hooked on it.
And my brothers came to see me at work today. :D So I spent the first half of my break with Brent(I bought him Lineage II) and Beau, and the second half with Harvey. xD! I had a lot of fun just hanging out with those mofos. And there were a lot of people from AMC (The dreaded movie theater that I worked 2 and a half years of my life away) that I was running into. xD It sucks that my last day at Suncoast is next Thursday. ._.; I'm gonna miss all the random 'Hey, what's the best "ah-nee-may" or "mahn-gah" you have in the store?' people. >_>; And the little kids that I let sit in the corner and read the manga, even though it's a fire hazard to sit on the floor. Or the kids that come in asking for "Nar-ooh-toe" xD You learn to pronounce things in so many ways. I eventually just say, "The book or the DVDs?" XD
Okay. I think that's all that needs to be said for now. o_o;; I must go do something else to keep me busy until the comfy bed is empty. ;-; That's three hours from now. What shall I do? ;-;!!!!
