Nudge
I received a nudge from Denis to update my livejournal. As usual, my livejournal is woefully behind the events of my life.
The most significant change is that Josh and I broke up about two weeks ago. He moved out of the apartment a few days later. It's been hard letting people know. It sucks just as much as you might think.
Other news is dull in comparison. Amy, Shane, Emily, and I went to the NC Renaissance Festival yesterday, and it was a lot of fun. The juggler/acrobat was truly amazing. I bought myself one of those gypsy waist-ties that hangs around my but and jingles--if Josh were still here, he'd be horrified. =) Work is going well. I really like having a professional sort of job. Last weekend, Eliseo, one of the artists at work, came over to watch The Return of the Cat and stayed quite late. We had a pretty good conversation, but I don't know that we'll be hanging out a whole lot. Sometimes I get the impression that he's trying to flirt with me, which would really offend me considering I told him that I just broke up with my boyfriend of almost two years and a little bit about how badly it was going, but I don't really know him well enough to accuse. I still want to make more friends for me and Shane and Amy, and Eliseo was friendly enough, but... we'll see, I guess. He reminds me a lot of Little John, good and bad.
