Either off-brand cinnamon poptarts are totally gross, or I'm too tense to enjoy eating. I have yet another set of interviews at The Education Center today--no tests this time (unless they're pop-quizzes), but I have to meet with M. again, briefly, and then with D. (copy-editing leader) again, the HR director, the president of the company, and another random copy-editor. Last week when I went over there I met with M. and D. and took 4 personality tests and an aptitude test, and then I got sent home with ANOTHER copy-editing test. After all this, it's going to be hard not to be upset if I don't get the job.
Greensboro is going very well. Night before last, the four of us and our friend Emily went to an all-you-can-eat pizza, breadsticks, soda, and dessert pizza event at PieWorks (not a pie place, as it turns out). Yesterday I took Josh to the local bridge club for the 299er game, which, sadly, is in the afternoon, so if I get the job I want I won't be able to keep playing in it. We got second place (.54 masterpoints). As a whole, the people there were very nice but not as good as I am used to. Shane and Emily started school this week too, so there has been a lot of coming and going around here. And we all know coming and going = bored Amy! I had quite the interrupted nap last night.
