I just made some fried bananas =D
Why?
Because the play calls for yam snacks, and the guy playing the eater of said yam snacks doesn't like yam or sweet potatoes.
So I said, I'll make some deep-fried banana, how about that.
It probably won't work and he might have to settle for some plaintain chips but whatever, I've made enough for some of the others to share as well!
(Also, for those who want to try this, I used ~100g rice flour, ~30g regular all-purpose flour, a half-teaspoon of sugar, a half teaspoon of salt, and an egg for the batter. Stir it up with a cup of water. Heat the oil to Really Fucking Hot, dip the banana pieces in the batter (up to you how big you want the pieces), and drop it into the Really Hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serve warm. NOM NOM.)
