Posting Instructions

Authors, Artists, and Mixers should all make a Master Post to their journals and provide each other with the links.

For Authors we want a place on your journal people can go to be navigated to the story (whether you decide to host in on your journal, on archive, or somewhere else).

For Artists we want you to have a post that you can get feedback from.

For Mixers we want a place where you can get feedback on your mix as well.

Artists and Mixers, please also link to fantasybigbang. You might include a link to the story that your piece goes with. Ask your author about this.

Posting to your journal/site/archive:

You will be posting your story to either your own journal or a site or archive of your choice. You will not be posting the story itself to this community.

We will give you the heading information we want you to fill out for your post to the community but you are welcome to change around yours. Here are the basics:
- We want you to link to the big bang and to your artist and their post
- Don't lock your story, if the place you post to is locked we suggest posting your story to an unlocked comm. We want everyone to be able to access the stories without having to friend anyone or join anything.
- If you are posting your story before your posting day please LOCK it for your eyes only and only unlock it when you're ready to post to the community (same goes for artists)
- If you are breaking your story up into parts please try and make sure each part links to the next part and the one before it. It makes things a lot easier for readers.

Posting to the community

Please make sure your header is correct and your links work. Previewing the post can help avoid little problems with that.

Below is the header we would like you to use for posting here:
Title:
Author:
Artist:
Mixer:
Type: (gen, slash, het, crossover, whatever you think applies to your story)
Word Count:
Rating:
Warnings (sexual context, non-con, violence, strong language, characters death, etc) Summary:
Link to story master post:
Link to art master post:
Link to mix post:

You can add whatever you want to it (notes, beta credit, acknowledgements, disclaimer, etc) but please don't take away from the things listed and fill them all out to the best of your ability. If you don't have an artist or mixer just leave that line of coding out. This is done in HTML when you post.

If you have any questions, please email me. I occasionally forget to check my LJ inbox, but I'm pretty snappy with email. :D

Good luck and great job, guys!!
