(no subject)
Wow! I LOVE college, and classes havent even started yet! I am excited for tomorrow. And I actually have friend!!!! No completly BEST friends yet, but it has only been 5 days.
I hiked up to the "Y" today, which is a big white Y painted on the side of a mountain. It was soooo hard. I went with a group of peeps that are more athletic than me (and lets face it, who isn't?) so I was about 20 minutes behind everyone else. Except my RA went too, and she stayed behind and went with me. It was sooo nice of her. But on the way down, I didn't have any trouble at all, and I was able to stay with everyone. Now that I am showered, can breathe, and am not burning up, I can honestly say that it was fun.
So no boys have asked me out yet. Which is okay with me, but kinda gets annoying when other girls talk about the 3 or 4 dates they have already been on, and they have to go to get ready to go on another one. Hum.
I seriously can NOT wait for classes to start!
It's funny. Since I've been here, I've really started to get a strong Southern Utah accent. I guess I've actually had it for a while, but I didn't notice until I've been around others that don't have it. Lol.
